Can anyone recommend a good Hilton Head real estate agent? We are mulling over buying a villa on the island as a vacation rental. TIA!

Bethany,

Happy to assist. Give Jeff Hunt with Dunes Marketing Group a call (843-422-5933) as he is very experienced in the On-Island Vacation villa market. Best of luck and enjoy the villa!

Thank you for the recommendation. I will search the current listings and get in touch soon.

This may be a dumb question. Do agents on Hilton Head only work in certain areas like Sea Pines or Palmetto Dunes or can agents show any property in any gated community?

We have "broker reciprocity" so we can show any listings on MLS no matter which agent listed it.

Now, specific agents might specialize in one particular area of the island or they might cover everything including Bluffton, Okatie, Sun City and Daufuskie Island.

I have interactive neighborhood maps for all areas of the island on my wife's real estate website. One click on a neighborhood or complex shows you everything for sale and some information about that particular property.

Good luck and let me know if you have any questions!

Jeff,

Long time, no see. How is everything on Dafuskie? I hope you and the family are doing well.

Cheers,
Will

Everything is great over here. Real Estate is selling like crazy on Hilton Head and even some progress over here on Daufuskie.

The annual Rees Jones Collegiate golf tournament at Haig Point on Daufuskie Island started yesterday and is going on today and tomorrow. There are ads in the island packet if visitors want to come over and cheer on their favorite colleges.

It's a great boat ride and a beautiful natural environment to watch golf.

(I don't post as often because your forum requires me to sign in every time. I have hundreds of user accounts and different passwords. Can you fix it to "remember me" so I don't have to keep authenticating?)

Jeff,

Glad to hear it. As for the log in issue, I can probably work something out with cookies so that it remembers you. I'll take a look.

I have to make people log in to post otherwise we get lots of nonsense from spam-bots and other annoying auto-posters.

Cheers,
Will
