Take care and stay safe HHI friends, and everyone in Dorian's path. This one is unpredictable and getting stronger. I was in Hilton head for Matthew which was a category 2. I don't want to think what a 4 or 5 would do.

Rob,

The path seems to be moving away from Hilton Head and I hope the trend continues. Stay safe everyone.

Cheers,
Will

Reports are not too bad - mostly trees down in Hilton Head Plantation area. No beach erosion or damage to the dunes. Very, very lucky.

Very few trees down. Lots and lots of leaves, needles, small branches, etc. HHP is using a lot to the side of the ball field to dump your debris...the regular area is too small. I don't think anyone in HHP lost power (or very few). There was some outage in Palmetto Dunes and Long Cove but overall we did really well. The entire east coast dodged one. Beautiful here now. The courses here in HHP are all open tomorrow as well as the pool; tennis courts they think Sunday.
